May 5 - learning about the new RV

We stayed close to Boise, ID, to learn more about the new camper. Brett had told us that there might be things that didn’t work quite right. Unfortunately we found one of those problems. The seal on the living area came out of the channel. We called Bret BUT since it was Saturday, the service part wasn’t open nor were any of the RV services open. We could wait till Monday or call Coachnet. So we called Coachnet, the company we have a service contract with for a year. With our other camper, we had Good Sam service and were very happy. Coachnet didn’t match that satisfaction. However, the campground had a person they recommended. We called them and the tech explained what needed to be done and said we could fix it ourselves. So Bill borrowed a ladder from the campground and he fixed it!  

Luckily Bill can fix almost anything so we were on our way. 

We took some side roads to stay off the Interstate. It was farming country. Look at the huge irrigation machines. 

Huge dairy operation.
