July 24 - Linda arrives

Today Linda is supposed to be here by 11 am but got a text from her that her flight from Charlotte to Denver was cancelled. After a lot of standing in line to make other arrangements, she finally got a flight scheduled for 9:30 pm arrival. 

So, since we had some time on our hands and the weather was beautiful, we decided to go hiking. We again went to the same general vicinity because of the views, but started from a different trailhead, the Jean Lunning trail, which took us along Long Lake . It then connects with Lake Isabelle. We had already hiked to Lake Isabelle the day before but it was so foggy that we missed a lot of the views. Today, we didn’t miss them. It was a gorgeous 7 mile hike.
