Day 4. - Sunday

Started out from our campground in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and headed for Laramie. The sun was just starting to come up.

The prairie was pretty flat for awhile.

Then a few rolling hills and rocks nearer Laramie.
Lenny and Reuben decided to play a little in the prairie grass when we stopped at a visitor center.

Decided to veer off from I-80 for a bit to the Snowy Mountain Scenic Byway. Was a great idea. Our pictures should tell the story better.

Can you tell those are Aspen trees that are yellow. Not quite the color foliage we are used to seeing but with the blue skies to set them off, it was beautiful.

This was the town of Centennial at the foot of the Snowy Mountains. Stopped and had cider and hot chocolate.

Driving toward Snowy Mountain and yes that's snow.

Stopped for a photo opp at Libby Flat overlook.

Out of the snowy mountains and into the Red Desert. Temps weren't as hot as they were the last time we drove our motorcycles across.

Ended up in Evanston, Wyoming on the western border. It rained a little and the sun was shining, so we got a rainbow.

Tomorrow we'll try to get across Utah.
